GMB wins over £50 million each year for its members who have been injured or made ill at work. If successful, members receive 100 per cent of their compensation. This legal service is FREE to GMB members as part of your membership.

If you have suffered an injury at work within the last 3 years, then you may be eligible to submit a legal claim and receive compensation. Our solicitors are here to support you if you have suffered a personal injury or become ill as a result of an industrial disease.

Once we receive your form, we will be in touch to confirm whether you have a legal claim, and what the next steps are.

Examples include but are not limited to:

 

 

Physical injuries 

Such as falls, sprains, burns, electric shocks, being struck by objects and physical violence.

 

Psychological injuries 

Such as stress, harassment, or traumatic incidents in the workplace.

 

Inadequate training 

Accidents and injuries resulting from a lack of proper training on equipment or safety procedures.

 

Traffic accidents 

Injuries sustained while driving as part of work duties, such as delivery drivers or transportation professionals. Forklift accidents and injuries resulting from forklift operation, including collisions or tip-overs.
