Retired
If you have been a GMB member for more than 5 years and are due to or have fully retired from work, then you are eligible for a retired life membership, which is £13.05 per year!
Retired members enjoy the same services and benefits as paying members.
Unemployed, Sick,
Maternity & Paternity
If you have left work, been made redundant, or have had your pay reduced due to sickness or maternity/paternity leave then you are still eligible to be a GMB member and may be entitled to pay a reduced rate whilst still accessing all our services and benefits.
Changed Jobs
If you have changed your role, workplace or employer then you can update your details.
GMB is a general union, we cover the vast majority of workers.
