Education is one of our most powerful tools to counter misinformation and fear, helping reps and members understand the real issues and respond with confidence.
Through training and discussion, we equip our reps to challenge racism, scapegoating, and anti-worker rhetoric in constructive ways. Our approach focuses on building understanding, not confrontation, giving you the skills to engage others with empathy and facts. By learning how these narratives take hold, we can dismantle them and redirect conversations toward solidarity and shared solutions.
